These boards are made using sustainably sourced Oak and can be made to any size. They are then treated with several coats of food safe mineral oil followed by a food safe conditioner. Handles can be added along with hollowed out parts for olives, anchovies, sources etc. A small bottle of food safe conditioner is included along with care instructions.
